Human_Hand

An exhibition of anatomical drawings and principles of Spiraldynamik® combined with a practical seminar on the functioning of the human body and hand.

A project from the cycle EYE INTO THE BODY – THE ART OF BEING HEALTHY invites you to a unique connection between the world of anatomical art and practical physiotherapy.

About the exhibition: The exhibition presents detailed anatomical drawings that, through the lens of the Spiraldynamik® concept, reveal the fascinating mechanisms of the human body with a focus on the hand. Admission to the opening vernissage on Thursday is free.

Practical Seminar: The Human Hand – From Bone to Movement This seminar is designed for anyone wishing to understand their body better, improve movement coordination, and learn to perceive the hand in wider anatomical connections.

  • What to expect: Practical exercises focused on weight-bearing, gripping, and connecting the hand to the rest of the body (arm, shoulder blade, spine). We will explore how to prevent strain and efficiently engage the hand in daily life, sports, or creative work.
