How can we make sense of what is happening today? Who is confronting whom? Shiites versus Sunnis? Arabs and Israel? Iran against Saudi Arabia — or not?

What scenarios are likely to unfold in the near future, and what will their consequences be for Europe?
These and other questions will be addressed by Dr. Dina Lisnyansky, a geopolitical analyst and historian of the Middle East.

Dr. Dina Lisnyansky is an Israeli Middle East expert, holding a PhD in Islam, Middle Eastern history and geopolitics. A sought-after guest on TV panels and author of numerous publications, Lisnyansky works as a strategic consultant for various security bodies in Israel, the EU, and the USA.
A valuable member of advisory boards of security and anti-terrorism think tanks, she teaches at Tel Aviv University and serves as a senior research fellow on terrorism and radical Islamist movements at the Shalem Center in Jerusalem, IISMR in Sofia, and ISGAP in New York. Dina is also part of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs' volunteer speaker program and speaks eight languages.
